Suggest treatment For Pain And Burning Sensation While Urinating

Hello, When I urinate, it badly burns. Also, I ve been having stuff come out of my penis. The discharge smells as well and when I change my boxers, there is evidence of this discharge. I will admit, I pay prostitutes for sex and have unprotected sex. I ve been with 160+ girls , so I know this is what I get in return. But I have no clue what this is. Any help is appreciated. Thanks

Hello

Pain and burning sensation during urination may be due to UTI,STDs etc.
You may need clinical evaluation and few investigations.
Investigations include routine hemogram,random blood sugar,renal function test,urine RE/ME,VDRL and ultrasound of abdomen.
Urine RE and ME will exclude UTI.Gram stain and culture/sensitivity of discharge material can be done.
Proper treatment depend upon findings.You may need few more specific tests after evaluation.
You should drink plenty of water.
